Project video
This one-minute film follows the job, from the boomlift at the upper floors to the finished frontage.
What the job involved
- A boomlift to reach the upper facade and cornice
- Preparing the surfaces and repainting the walls, mouldings and window surrounds
- Refinishing the timber shutters in a colour matched to the restored scheme
- Method statements and rescue plans covering the work
How the crew worked
The detail on a shophouse front sits well above the street: cornices, mouldings, window surrounds and timber shutters. Our crew worked from a boomlift to reach the upper facade and cornice.
Each stage was carried out under a written method statement and rescue plan.
Finished result
The facade is renewed and the building keeps its character.
