What does Ezzogenics do?
Ezzogenics Pte Ltd is a Singapore contractor offering flooring, commercial renovation, work at height (rope access and boomlift) and glass & metal works. We work with property owners, tenants, ID firms and main contractors as a single sub-package or end-to-end build partner.
Where do you operate?
We work across Singapore. Our office is at Bartley Biz Centre, Blk 15 Kaki Bukit Rd 4, #01-44, Singapore 417808. Site coverage extends from CBD commercial properties to landed homes, condominiums and industrial premises.
Are you licensed and certified?
Specific licensing and certification depend on the works involved (e.g. licensed electrical worker, qualified person for structural design, IRATA-certified rope access technician). We confirm the assigned scope and current personnel certification in writing before each project — please request the relevant evidence in your enquiry.
How do you handle work-at-height safety?
Each work-at-height project is planned with a written risk assessment, method statement, equipment plan and rescue arrangement. Requirements under the Workplace Safety and Health (Work at Heights) Regulations and related Codes of Practice are confirmed by the appointed Workplace Safety and Health Officer or qualified person.
Do you support permits, drawings and submissions?
Yes. For renovation and structural works, we coordinate with the project qualified person, professional engineer or licensed electrical worker as required for permits and submissions (e.g. minor A&A, fire safety, electrical licensing). We do not act as the qualified person ourselves unless engaged separately.

What kind of guarantee do you provide?
Workmanship and material warranties depend on the system and supplier specified for the project — Bona coatings, vinyl manufacturers, sealant brands and steel finishes carry their own published warranties. The applicable warranty is set out on each quotation; we do not make blanket "guaranteed" claims that go beyond the supplier coverage.
